Nutritional therapy is not a “diet”. It is not a food plan that you do for 30 days and then return to your previous way of eating.  It is a therapy involving real and consistent dietary improvements that can restore your health over time.

If you have decided that you want to make permanent changes to your health and lifestyle, then we are a perfect fit.  I will guide you and support you through those changes. As we work together you will find that I am quite demanding when it comes to your commitment and accountability because I want you to succeed.
